5 out of 5 stars Man's Best Friend and Protector   November 7, 2003

Title: K-911 (1999) 1 Hour 31 Minutes
Director: Charles T. Kanganis
Studio: Universal Studios
Genre: Comedy
Actor: James Belushi
Actress: Christine Tucci
Closed Captioned and in Color

Detective Dooley is an overweight, unconditioned middle aged detective and his partner is an aging 4 legged canine by the name of Jerry Lee that are still fighting crime. They are paired with Christine Tucci as Seargent Wells and a very disciplined Doberman by the name of Zeus. Detective Dooley doesn't want the help of Seargent Wells or Zeus, but together they make a great foursome.

This is a hilarious movie rated PG 13 and I recommend it to everyone.

This movie was awful, please reconsider buying it and rent it first. You will be glad you only spent a couple of bucks at blockbuster rather than wasting much more to own it.

3 out of 5 stars second dog "zeus" dutch?   January 22, 2000

The first canine was mutch better, more fun. In this movie there is a second dog a dobberman called "Zeus" This dog is trained in the Netherlands and only understand the language Dutch. But why in godsname are they talking german to the dog! I think thats why they could not subtitle that part! It was a near thing or all the people in Europe had to speak German
